What in the world?

It rained half of yesterday and was overcast the rest of the day, so I didn't spend much time in the garden, thinking nothing would happen that day. And then on my last tour of inspection before bed, I find this:


Er... Is that supposed to be a flower? It's one of the zombie plants.

For the first flower of summer, that was certainly underwhelming.
